What Information does Gyde Collect?
Gyde collects personal information that you enter on the Gyde travel app or website or otherwise volunteer to Gyde when you interact with its services. You can choose not to provide certain information, but you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features.

For complete functionality of Gyde’s services, you may be required to provide access to your contacts, photos, travel itinerary details, and calendar functionality stored on your device. You can choose not to provide access, but you may not be able to utilize the full functionality of Gyde. You may also choose to provide additional information through Gyde, such as preferences for travel accommodations. Finally, Gyde may also provide a location feature that may require access to your location. If you choose to enable this feature, you will be required to authorize your approximate location information collected from cellular, Wi-Fi, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), and Bluetooth.

Gyde is designed to enable connectivity among travelers, travel agents, and service providers. Gyde will only enable group or service provider sharing if you specifically authorize such access.
Our Storage of Your Personal Data
Gyde uses reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your Personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into due account the risks involved in the processing undertaken and the nature of the Personal Data. Gyde collects and stores that information on a Google Protected Server.
Gyde will keep your Personal Data for as long as Gyde needs it, or as otherwise prescribed by law, for the purposes set out above. This period will vary depending on your interactions with Gyde.

Gyde may provide links to other travel platforms, applications, and websites. If you follow a link to any of these, please note that they are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Gyde is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties or the content of linked content. Gyde encourages you to read the applicable privacy policies and terms and conditions of such parties. This Privacy Policy only applies to how Gyde deals with your Personal Data, and it does not apply to any other company or any other company’s platforms even if you access them via Gyde.
